(c) We are unable to accept Cash On Delivery (COD) payments.

(d) If you wish to make direct payment, please contact us on e-mail sales@alluringdecor.in. Delivery is subject to clearance of funds.

5. Shipping and Delivery

(a) We will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order. If the goods are not available, you will be notified of this by the Website as soon as possible.

(b) Please do not use post box numbers as your delivery address.

(c) Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed as to be authorized to receive the goods. You must ensure that authorized person is available to accept the delivery. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the goods within 3 attempts, our shipping agency will return the goods to us and shipping charges will be charged from you. Once the goods delivered, it will be presumed that you own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

(d) Deliveries will be made from Tuesday to Saturday. The estimated time taken for the goods (In India) is 5-7 business days.

(e) We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery time frame, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

(f) The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
